Pros

Cottingham & Butler expects you to be self-driven and self-motivated. All the tools are there for you to succeed BUT if you expect your hand to be held and expect to be coddled, then you shouldn't apply.

Cons

C&B management expects you to be self-driven and self-motivated. If you can't figure out your path and aren't able to read and educate yourself, then don't apply.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly and caring.

Cons

Awful management. HR does not care about current employees, only getting new employees in (to replace the constant turnover)

Pros

The company is amazing, no co-worker drama, great supervisor's. Overall great experience for a great place to work.

Cons

Not as big of a company as other places so benefits are okay (self-funded group & high deductible plan) and PTO is average.
