Pros

This company offered excellent training and benefits. The organizational structure allowed employees to effectively do the duties assigned with appropriate supervision and with out micromanagement. The expectations were realistic and clearly communicated.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons. This is a truly wonderful company.

- The Leadership is great - very young company with room to advance - take care of employees - Pay is great for out of college job

Cons

- No real selling differentiation - takes 2-3 years before you start to make great money - More flexible with work/life balance

Pros

Some leadership members are exceptional. Sales team is amazing, great products & service offered.

Cons

The Sales team is wonderful. Other divisions, however, have people in management that are beyond unprofessional. I had to operate in a hostile environment created by my supervisor. I was told to quit numerous times because and I quote "I don't like you". I was afraid to go to work, so I did leave the company. It was an HR nightmare.
