Pros

C&B has a great culture for its employees, the leadership/executives show their care for the employees and clients, good benefits to start off with, and overall, and I feel there's purpose behind the work that I am doing! And not to forget, C&B hasn't had any layoffs ever since its establishment! You can't beat that!
