Pros

Build your network. Lots of travel available, and enjoy first class for overseas flight. Great way to gain miles and status with airlines. You sound interesting at parties when explaining where you work.

Cons

The review titled "Temper your expectations if considering a serious role at CI" is still true today. Few advancement opportunities. Teams work in strict silos. Management cares more about their egos being stroked over their teams results or their employee's career growth.

Pros

Pension and good benefits - 401k, health and medical, straight 9-5 with flex hours, good people, interesting work

Cons

Low base salary, no work from home policy, employees have long tenures to take advantage of pension but that means lack of innovation, fresh ideas, no accountability For low performing employees, not a lot of career advancement (promotions are rare and far and few between), ultra conservative
