Salary is not competitive compared to similar jobs, target KPIs are really high for the salary, very little career growth possible

If you're employed, you're likely to get near full time hours if the staff team is small - especially if the store is running 24/7

Cons

You can't choose who walks through the store. Theft is a big problem, so you need to be vigilant. If you have a problem with selling smokes or anything related to gambling, this job will make you uncomfortable as they're a primary driver for sales.
