Pros

Personally, I loved working here. I was apart of the rehab/activities team and that team felt like family. I loved working with the residents and they always gave me so much joy. If you're looking for a job in the healthcare field I would recommend working at Country Manor.

Cons

Honestly, the only con was I wish I could have worked more hours!

Pros

Good coworkers, some good management. Liked interacting with the Assisted living residents.

Cons

Confusing management structure between the Store and the Pharmacy departments. Pharmacy kept wanting store personnel to do the menial part of their jobs for them, but not help store personnel in turn. Can be slow paced. Low pay.
