While senior living typically is a very conservative industry, we pride ourselves on thinking innovatively and resourcefully both in resident care and co-worker offerings and encouraging ideas and input from our team as they have direct insight and knowledge of the day-to-day and thus better ways to deliver quality customer service. Thank you for recognizing some of the same consistently shared positives we hear from other co-workers. Our residents are the reason we do what we do, and our team members make it all worthwhile. We conduct regular evaluations of our compensation packages among others in our industry to ensure our wages are fair and competitive and make any real-time adjustment when needed. Also, we have a Talent & Development Coordinator on each campus to work with co-workers when desired in identifying other opportunities within the company and career paths to help them to continue to succeed. Because our co-workers care so much and put so much energy into their roles, we also recognize the days can be long. We respect the work-life balance and have invested in tools to better manage shift schedules and compensate for overtime.
