Our team works hard to maintain quality coverage during all shifts with PRN co-workers as well as others looking to pick up more hours on current or other shifts. Plus, we invite anyone interested in more cross-discipline opportunities to consider those openings. We want to ensure our team is fulfilled in their interests. We are investing in online tools to help identify openings sooner so co-workers can plan accordingly.
Training in all areas, on all shifts is key, especially in our memory support neighborhoods. We have included specialty training sooner in the on-boarding process to ensure co-workers feel prepared and ready to be successful.
