The County of Riverside is a good place to work, people at the County Whine a lot about working. I don't know if they have been here to long or they have never worked in a real private sector job. The County treats it people fairly.

Cons

Working with people that hate everything about their lives and want to make sure you are miserable too, a lot of complaining about nothing that is really happening.

good benefits. I honestly can not think of anything else.

Cons

one year probation where you have no legal rights and completely discriminatory. The most unprofessional management. Hazing and Bullying is their way to see if you can last the one year probation. At least in this one department. Shameful and the worst place to work.
