      pay and pension (before pension reform in 2012)

      Cons

      Union full of lazy incompetent employees especially at the supervisory level. Little to no advancement. Upper management cares nothing about fixing problems and instead focus on their next promotion up the ladder to the top

      Good group of people. Learned quite a bit doing desktop support there. Was interesting seeing how the county works through things.

      Cons

      A more formalized training program needed. Just kind of thrown into the mix and learn by fire. Better communication with the employees.
