The manager I had was very unprofessional, and the regional manager tried to intimidate me when I went to her to let her know my concerns regarding my supervisor.

Pros

You do work a 9-80 and have most US holidays off. You have great co-workers and some great supervisors.

Cons

Over-worked, time off does not mean anything, you are still contacted. They will also contact you on your personal phone when your work phone is off. Not even help when over-worked
