Cons

Pay is not good people come in making almost the same and been there 9 years. Fast food works make more an hour. Lots of micromanaging. Management expects you to learn everything so they can stay understaffed.

Cons

The workload is impossible. There is never enough time, and they require timesheets as cases are deposit-based. You must account for every six minutes of time on the timesheets, so apply with caution.
