Nice facilities and decent benefits. The work is exceptionally easy. If you know how to use a computer and the basic programs, you'll do fine. It's easy to learn the forms and procedures and the rules are simple and standard for any office. There was literally nothing difficult about the job at all when it came down to doing the actual work.

Cons

High overturn rate. No matter how hard you work or keep your head down and out of trouble, don't get comfortable. The people who have been there for decades with advanced degrees and still can't figure their way around any piece of modern hardware are still there for a reason.
