It's an awesome place to work. Everyone is professional and wants to help you grow and become better. Flexible schedule in some divisions like 4 day work week 10 hour days.

Cons

Pay is a little low compared to other counties and the benefits package for a family is crazy expensive. Management is not transparent enough.
