Pros
Fixed rate no matter what time you finish , when done delivering you are free to go home, you can take company car home
Cons
Bad Leadership and communication, Drivers are put on the road without checking driving record and or conducting a drug test stated prior to employment, was not paid on time majority of the time. Company vehicles were filthy and disgusting, maintenance was terrible as well.
