Pros

If you get your own route daily the job is stellar, show up driver come back and go home easy as pie

Cons

If you don’t have a steady route it gets a little old driving in just to be sent home.

Weekly pay is the only pro

Cons

-Overtime starts at 51hrs a week instead of 41 (I googled this is illegal) -extremely long work hours (expect to work 11-12 hrs a day) -0 lunch breaks (HR takes out 30-60min of time even if you don't take a lunch) -THE VEHICLES ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION AND ARE DANGEROUS TO DRIVERS AND OTHERS SAFETY Everyone should report this company to BBB!!!!

Pros

Weekly Pay, No work drama! Don't have to deal with co-workers as you are delivering packages all day

Cons

No customer appreciation! You are expected to work 10+ hours and if you are in distress management will show no mercy!! The top dog is a understanding individual. But those who would like to be in his shoes take their jobs a tad bit too serious.
