Opportunity to make a lot of money if you work REALLY hard. Very flexible and easy work for the most part. It’s a good place to start if you’re looking to start working for yourself.

Cons

Pay not consistent across the board. Management is does not know how to communicate well. Again pay is no consistent. It’s still and great way to make a lot of money if you come into the right situation at the right time.
