Pros

If you work hard, they see it. I get paid very well, I enjoy the freedom and control I have with being able to build my route. It has worked very well for me, especially since I am a mom of 6. This is the ONLY job I have been able to fully take control of ALL of my finances and have money left over. I also do sort in the A.M which is optional for additional pay. This job has opened so many doors for me.

Cons

The only down side is of course a typical complaint, the wear and tear on my personal vehicle is all, but that is still my own doing not theirs.
