This is a great company to work for and contract through. I honestly believe in encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit and that is what this company does! If you are motivated and want to run/own your own business while being contracted through a solid, well established business Courier Express is for you.

Cons

If you are not motivated or do not want to manage yourself or your own business contracting through this company may not be for you.

Pros

I can't find any Pro's besides the salary. And even with that, no amount of money could have kept me from leaving.

Cons

My impression from working here is that there are a lot of people that seem afraid to lose their job. It seemed that people were quick to throw each other under the bus in ways that seemed to be encouraged by upper levels of management. I left quickly because the culture seemed deeply unsettling.
