Many demands that surpass the 8hr shift, no overtime pay

Easy to do once you get the hang of it

The company requires employees to complete a list of tasks that are impossible to cover in an 8hr shift, and they make it very clear that they do not pay overtime. In fact, it is listed in many of the documents that employees sign before starting to work for this company. Then once you start working, they'll show you the requirements per route and that is when it is notable that it is impossible to cover in a 8hr shift.

Great team to work with and you will never be hungry. They definitely make sure you eat well. Great advancement opportunities for younger adults.

Cons

Absolutely NO work life balance and if not in your 20’s to early 30’s there’s no room for advancement when your work is proven that you are well deserved and capable. Raises are unheard of. Work often follows you home. Wish I could’ve stayed but really needed advancement.
