Pros

Courier Express Is a great company to work for! Its fast paced work but its fun. Its one place that your pay is based on how much you do. The faster you are the more you will make.

Cons

The only con isn't really on them. I was under the impression that i would make X amount a week no matter what. So i went and bought a new truck that cost way more than i could pull a week. Making my costs more than my pay.

Small family own company. It's a paycheck every 2 weeks. Trying hard to think of some Pro about this company.

Cons

No true advancement. All about who you know. Mostly deal with IC's and if you don't have enough IC's , your operation is doomed.

Pros

Facilities are decent and fairly good use of technology available to the industry.

Cons

During the hiring process candidates are never informed that they will end up on call 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day and that their job will include them performing functions they would never have agreed to. As a result, employees have very little down time and cannot make plans with friends or family because if you get called out and you are not available you run the risk of being fired.
