If you want to work they'll hire you. As long as you have a truck or van and good license.

Cons

Very unorganized. Pay at end of day Not Good. After fuel,cost of vehicle, insurance, maintenance, you're pay just isn't enough. Not for me anyways. Price per pice way to low with no mileage pay.

Flexibility of work schedule Lots of little perks like lunches, etc.

Cons

No solid training plan. Underpaid and overworked. Promised multiple growth opportunities and pulled away. Stress integrity, but encourage the opposite.
