Pay is low, Illegal migrants are employed and paid more than Legal American workers. Revolving door, as most guests do not feel comfortable having someone who cannot understand English, in their rooms with their property. Therefore everything is put on the English speaking housekeepers including the slack from the illegals, who refuse to do the job properly.

Lots of guests from the certain groups that made this job hard to handle. Wish there were more variety of different groups who visits Courtyard by Marriott Baku.
