Pros

Engaged owner, that puts funds back into the properties. Company has great managers. The GM's have all been at their hotels for several years each. A very seasoned management team, and professional company. People don't stay long if it's a bad environment, and this is a great indicator that it's a good company to me.

Cons

Not a lot of company defined processes which can lead to inconsistency. Owner can change things on a whim, but that is to be expected with a small company. Very concerned about appearance of hotel, lighting, decor and other stuff like that.

Pros

Nothing was really a pro here.

Cons

Management was terrible. Fired people whenever they wanted. Absolutely no job security. Sheila Cole is a monster.
