I quit after 6 weeks, so not to many pros that I can think of except the fact that I learned to pay more attention to negative reviews of an employer before I accept the position.

Cons

Travel not reimbursed, not paid for report time, report system sucks and pretty much all the issues that the other negative reviews mentioned.

Great short term summer opportunity.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Office staff and managers receive paid holidays .. but not the backbone employees. Investigators treated like "laborers" Expense reimbursement not sufficient. Same rate for reimbursement for over 15 years! Auto allowance based on hours not50- 80% drive time. Company calendar is trash. Absolutely no consideration to PTO or non-traditional working hours. Managers will start calling you at 8 AM when you work after 10 PM. Managers schedules are about 5 AM to 3 PM Pay increases are not sufficient. There is absolutely zero benefit to working here for over a year.
