Pros

Simple product that everyone uses,, every building gets cleaned. Get to work with a diverse group of independant business owners from all over the world.

Cons

Instead of choosing to use ethical business practices, this master franchise (not a corporate location) prefers to push unrealistic dreams upon potential franchisees, provide them with mediocre training, force them into underbid accounts, and look for ways to get them kicked out of their accounts to resell the account to other franchisees. Account managers will never be able to properly take care of their accounts. Sales reps commissions are seriously overstated. Owners out of touch with reality since they have no practical industry experience other than looking at reports on their laptops.
