Pros
Local Office staff were outstanding, hard-working, helpful and enjoyable people to be around.
Cons
Really poor training. Upper management completely ignores issues with personnel despite documented warnings. If an employee has been there a while, it is ridiculously hard to get rid of them. Company claims to live by specific values, but these values apparently do not apply to anyone in upper management. Chief Sales Officer is nothing but a cheerleader and entirely too involved with sales reps on a daily basis. He's completely ignored every edict regarding over-communicating ever published. 2nd level of management is all but invisible - was never really able to figure out what they did. Franchisees are in no way held accountable for their poor cleaning efforts despite specific cleaning plan supplied in contract. Every office does exactly what they want to which doesn't allow for any standard operating procedures from office to office, so you can't rely on any counterparts for ideas. The corporate goal is to hire college grads which know nothing, train them sub-standardly, and expect them to perform like tenured sales reps within a few months. Turn-over rate is extremely high b/c no one is taught how to interview, what to look for, etc. Internal recruiters are all but useless and have zero idea what sales people do. The "Old-Guard" at this company run everything and they surely don't want anything to change.
