Pros

My manager is cool. The franchise owners are okay sometimes. The benefits are GREAT. If you're wondering, they do have Kaiser insurance.

Cons

Sales team is glorified for no reason. They under bid their accounts causing the FDC to have to make multiple trips in their personal car to the same walkthrough. FDC has so much paperwork to do -- Literally took me a whole week to submit national account increases. The pay is terrible & not competitive. I have to drive my own car and I get paid $0.17 per mile and they don't reimburse well for gas or other regular maintenance and they need you to increase your car insurance to full coverage and do not help with payment.
