Pros

Work from home Good benefits

Cons

Booked appointments not equitably distributed to outside sales personnel which had a negative impact on sales for some individuals. Not all outside sales people had the same support from management. A lot of favoritism was blatantly displayed. I felt discriminated against. My job was made harder with no booked appointments or support from management. I had to book my own appointments, and was doing the job of both an inside sales rep and outside sales rep. When I was hired to only do outside sales.
