Pros

Good balance between home and work

Cons

No raises for team in 6 years. Lack of executive business knowledge and field alignment. Sales resources never fully in place. No longer listen to the field managers. HR has a god complex and believes the unbelievable and caves to false allegations. Benefits are on the lousy side.

Pros

The salary that was offered at my level was very competitive;.

Cons

The next highest paid person barely made half of what I was making. There is a very broken culture that is made apparent by the loyal employees who have been nickel and dimed for years. The expectations set forth for field personnel are nearly unobtainable, but the Company uses it as a tool to get rid of "problem employees".
