Pros

They held events that made employees feel valued for that moment but were few and far between.

Cons

They depend heavily on the sales portion of the Company which leaves all administrative jobs as a disadvantage. Raises an promotions were mainly given to employees that works in sales. This Company is known for having constant layoffs. Would not recommend workin here.
