Pros

At the Executive Consultant level, you have the opportunity to legitimately earn $100k+. Inside sales team sets most of the appointments for you.

Cons

Auto Reimbursement program covers Fuel cost, but doesn't truly compensate you for the miles accrued that diminish the value of the vehicle. Health Insurance Plan is terrible. Extremely high cost for a family plan with 70/30 coverage. You would think a company of this size would negotiate a better deal for healthcare. I was literally able to go on the "Market Place" website and find coverage for half the cost.

Pros

Decent company to work for. Gives you time to establish book of business. Upper management supports reps.

Cons

Not a clear direction from upper management.
