Pros

Flexable. I lucked out with a great local manager who was willing to fight for those of us that worked hard.

Cons

Have to rely on many small contracts. You are putting your own integrity in the hands of the cleaning team. Car alowance does not cover the wear and tear on your own personal vehicle and does not cover your fuel.

Pros

Great local team, Positive with team outings every month

Cons

Turnover of leadership, lack of retention with clients once transitioned to cleaners. Lack of cleaners available for selling territory. No flexibility with work hours. Need to use PTO for every circumstance. Tracking measures for role ask to duplicate information on multiple forms doubling the time for Admin over activity. Wasting a lot of time as a rep.
