Pros

Monday thru Friday . off on some Holidays. Nice small office. Close to home. Very close to major highway. Location of the office is great .

Cons

Outdated software, Unrealistic Quota, Playing favorites is a daily thing. Micro managing is daily. Commissions paid 1x month. Expensive benefits. Revolving door. Highest turnover I have ever seen.

Pros

My sales manager and immediate associates were generally very pleasant to work with.

Cons

Sales goals were unrealistic, market was saturated, services offered were not competitively priced, small office with frequent attrition in key roles, territory was frequently changed without notice, assigned outside sales rep was not communicative. The other inside sales rep in the office had 10 years worth of pipeline to draw upon. I wasn't so fortunate.

Pros

Experience, structured, the computer system is nice for daily calls

Cons

This job requires a lot of work to keep up with the daily activity required. It can be very tough and often de-motivating to try to keep up with the demands.
