Pros

Work from home remote, they provide laptop.

Cons

No job security, they are outsourcing all inside sales positions to the phillipenes and mexico, micromanaged, commissions are extremely hard to get, low pay for the work.weekly and monthly performance evaluations. You get written up each week you fail to meet quota. 3 write ups in 30 days and you're terminated. The business is struggling in this economy.
