Pros

Not having to be in the office. As all sales positions, very independent.

Cons

Well, let's see. Territories are not equal at all, not even close. But goals are alike for all territories. Management, management, management!! VP's, GM's that treat you like you at going to be fired at any time. This is the number one complaint. They almost act like they really don't like you at all. I mean even if you are a top rep. The GM's are idiots and the VP needs to move on. Very angry management. If you like that type of environment - go for it. But, times have changed and sales people are the key to your company. Better start treating them right! Too many companies will.
