Pros

The sales people here are very competent and the base pay is good but no one is valued. Everyone in sales tries to do a good job but no one in management cares about the people only the numbers.

Cons

I've never seen a company that devalues it's employees like this place I've also never seen a company that devalues it customers like this place

Pros

Experience, structured, the computer system is nice for daily calls

Cons

This job requires a lot of work to keep up with the daily activity required. It can be very tough and often de-motivating to try to keep up with the demands.
