Pros

Steady Check, Office Hours (Mon-Fri, 8-5) and easy work.

Cons

Micro Managent, no raises, no advancement opportunity, little to no training, over worked, Admins do a lot of the work load and do not receive the commission that sales and Ops would if they did it, company just cares about selling franchises and getting accounts at all cause, STAY AWAY

Pros

Not confined to an office all day, healthy commission percentages, great people to work with and for, good benefits, gas mileage reimbursement. Overall is a decent place to earn a living.

Cons

There are some territories that are far better than others and easier for reps to hit goals.
