Pros

In general not micro-managed. The product doesn't have as much competition as most. The challenge is finding the need.

Cons

Lots of management changes. Also changes in personnel in jobs that are key to sales success.

Pros

The freedom to do what you want if you're management team is cool. Commission are ok if you hit your goals

Cons

No raises after 4 year of service. If management doesn't like you. They will fired you. Also there are some of the unethically practices with the franchise owners. Also watch out for the management that sleep with sales representative. Who get promoted.

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Pros

Get to leave office and talk to all different types of people. Commission is 40% in most cases (sometimes it will be 20% and sometimes you'll do all the work and someone else gets your commission)

Cons

Ethics do not exist here. The only thing anyone cares about is making money. You push an awful product and from what I saw the 98% retention rate cannot be accurate. Management micromanages so much and is constantly hovering. I wanted to rip my hair out. This is a monotonous, ridiculously repetitive job. Anyone will a college degree...or any creativity who isn't a boring robot...should not work here. You are expected to say the same speech to everyone and never deviate. What a joke. I was constantly supervised and patronized. The same material was shoved down my throat about 500 times during unnecessary role play sessions. I felt like I was in middle school. Management will show up unannounced constantly. There is no trust. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
