Don't work here

Pros

The only pros here are they don't know what they are doing. So you can get away with doing anything you want. If you are looking to just collect a pay check, work here.

Cons

The leadership here is the worst I have come across. They don't know how to achieve their goals so they use cheating tactics, intimidation, and retaliation to get what they want out of their employees. I've never seen anything like this before.

Learning a lot about franchising

Pros

You learn a lot about working in a franchise system, very valuable information for anyone to learn. Franchising is different than just working for a company with company-owned locations. The company has to balance a lot of priorities. Coverall does that well because they put the franchisee first. As employees sometimes it feels like the priorities are not "all about me" but the priorities are in the right place.

Cons

Turnover can be frustrating. Compensation is average, people who do well get raises and bonuses. Training depends on your manager -- a good manager trains you well.
