Pros

Commission checks are good direct deposit on time good team if you are personable

Cons

im starting to see how the personal relationships on the outside of coverall shape the atmosphere on the inside. turnover is hovering at %65(on a field sales level and not all do to money) (to the job seeker: my advice to you is too tread lightly...lots of empty promises and wasted time followed up by a less than adequate leadership team)

My Eight Years at Coverall

Pros

Most of the people were very nice to work with.

Cons

In the eight years I spent at Coverall, I was never given a salary increase even though my performance evaluations were excellent. When I discussed this with my supervisor, I was told that there are no raises at Coverall. This is not what I was lead to believe when I accepted this job. Others here reported that this was their experience also. It is not very motivating to work hard and not be rewarded for it. I finally left Coverall to accept another job where I am compensated fairly.
