Pros

I joint the Company because of the great opportunities which are there. It´s seems to be a start-up with a proven track-record, a long history and 16.000 colleagues. For me it looks like BAYER was kind of a great parenting Company. And from now on I can leave my footprint in covestro´s new era ;-)

Cons

I´m sure there are some. But I haven´t met them since i Joint the Company in Nov. 2015.

Lots of freedom. Not much pressure from management, relaxing environment and gives you room to carry out your tasks.

Cons

Not much communication between departments. Lots of internal political issues.
