Good company ....worked for them over a decade. At the inner core....great team that wants to contribute....if allowed!

Cons

Senior Managment has lost their mind. Recentky aquired by Adnoc and funding has totally dried up. Maintenance backlogs of 20-30 wks...no investment in safety systems..lots of cover up and complacency... primary goal is to reduce facility maintenace costs and headcount. Will be amazing with managment change and different initiatives....untill then...RUN
