Yesterday started like any other day. But around lunch time got to know that our CEO had another anger session with some employees. He has done this the past too. A lot of employees have left the company after being reduced to tears. This time he blasted people from one old company most people come from. My friend said he used foul language also. Most people in this group are very good. Some are very bad and only send spam articels everyday. But if you are running a company you will have better things to do than shouting at employees. Most of my friends from this company are very disapoint after they find out this. Others not from this old company are very very happy. I think some will resign after this happen. I wish my notice period was longer. I can watch this fun then.

Honestly, I hate myself joining this company. Its terrible work culture inside. Some managers screams and belittles employees, making it a very unpleasant workplace. The stress level is so high that you can feel it in the air. All fake promises made before joining. Its not unlimited leave's, Even to get approve 1 day leave, we need to literally beg with TL. Its not flexible timings as they claim before joining, Completely unorganized and cares more about employees coming office by 9:30am than innovations. It was unbearable going to work most days because of this stress load. Most of them are Interns. Only few experienced, many of them left. Almost all experienced one are leaving because of the management and their lack of leadership skills and fake promises. Please stop spamming with stupid peoplehum notifications. We are literally tired. Spare us for heaven sake.
