Flexible work schedule, not a mean environment if you're not in management you can focus on students and their outcomes and how you can impact their lives.

Cons

It's become a portfolio based company. Very less of a family feel. Tons of change. Hard to tell who has their hands in the wheel.

Pros

Everyone has been very nice and supportive. Students for the most part are interested in learning and excited about their chosen profession.

Cons

Feels somewhat disconnected working out of the U.S. The move has not been smooth - still have not received my personal things that I last saw in late September in the U.S. Arrival date keeps moving.
