      Meaningful and Impactful Work

      Pros

      Meaningful and impactful work. Each manager is coached and taught to train their teams on the impact of the work they do each day. Transportation can be a stressful and challenging industry. those that really dig their heels in will absolutely do well at Cowan.

      Cons

      Benefits could be more competitive. Being in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area there is high competition in the benefits arena. That being said, Cowan takes benefits seriously and the HR director is an amazing resource to ensure employees take full advantage of the Benefits we have access to.
