      The work is not the problem, management is!

      Pros

      Work is not difficult, simply tedious. The workers are phenomenal people and make the job alot easier to deal with

      Cons

      Management I feel is unqualified and is simply hired because of relationships and not based on if they have the capabilities to perform the job. They harass who they don't like and alienate people who do not agree with their social preferences.

      Stay a year, learn some skills, and then go somewhere else that cares about employee growth and satisfaction.

      Pros

      - Constant business growth - Casual dress (if you’re lucky enough to work at the building that’s a mile down the road. Employees at the Corporate office still have to dress professionally)

      Cons

      - The communication is severely lacking which causes frustration, confusion, and inefficiency. - Cowan has really stepped up their game with appreciation for our drivers but they MUST do the same for the office employees. There is little recognition and you can definitely tell these have little respect for employees. I have heard the term “everyone is replaceable” more than once. - Medical benefits are very expensive and many people struggle to stay afloat when they have to also pay for benefits for their spouse and children. - You have to work here for 1 year before you get 1 week of PTO and the 401k is embarrassing. I don’t know how anyone could retire here. - HR is a joke and at times unprofessional. It doesn’t really seem that they are listening to you but more just staring through you.
