      Horrible Benefits

      Pros

      Good job and people but they don’t care about you. HR is the least caring of everyone.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, zero maternity leave or care for women’s/parents situations pre and post birth. You have to pay for short term disability and then only get a percentage of your check for 6-8 weeks. The rest is unpaid and then Cowan asks you for a check to pay them back for unpaid benefits during your time off. They are disgraceful.

      Bad Bad Bad Place To Be At

      Was close to home to care for wife

      Cons

      Really bad atmosphere, employees treated terrible. Because family said I was changing, couldn’t do it anymore, and had to quit or lose family and sanety. None stay more than 1, 1 1/2 years, don’t care about hot they talk to you. Theres no home time w 12 to 14 hr days then complain that you look tired. Bad people

      Thank you for your feedback. We know that our industry can require a longer day at times, especially for our leaders in operations, and we compensate our operations people who have to work a longer day than usual due to hiccups that may arise. We also balance things out by jumping in to help each other when needed, it’s a team effort and we back each other up. We also have team meetings and one on one meetings to discuss concerns and ideas, and we encourage our people to take part. This let’s us know what’s on everyone’s mind, and helps us get better at what we do. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best.
