Pros

Management isn’t competent enough to know you’re screwing up, and you don’t have to have two brain cells to get hired. Also when you clock out, your job is done for the day

Cons

Admin is a joke If you don’t make friends you won’t last Low pay Horrible benefits Micromanaged and very strict on clock in and out times HR can not be trusted

Some decent people that do the training in Jacksonville FL Palmer was the guys name very decent down to earth guy

Cons

Everything else pay is lower then most trucking companies no overtime pay but they run you 70 hours a week and I’m a local home daily driver dispatch thinks they own you by the way they talk to you
