      Pros

      Is you show you work hard and are a people person you easily get into management which makes management aware of how thing are run. Family friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Does not support remote work. Only supports in office work atmosphere. Benefits are expensive. 401k have a very small match

      Over all a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Insurance is very very VERY expensive. Same amount as Cobra benefits. Pay could be way better. Very stressful due to reactionary work culture.
